Who We Are and What This Covers

Hutch Solves, based in Kansas, United States, operates CallDossier. This policy describes the informational website at calldossier.com and messages sent to our contact email.

The Consumer Action Kit is coming soon. The Journal is a preview only. This policy does not describe a future operational Journal or storage service. We will explain those practices before offering those features.

Information We Receive

Visiting the website

The website does not provide accounts, signup forms, payment forms, or file uploads. Its pages do not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party embedded media. The site code does not set cookies or use browser storage to retain visitor entries.

Visiting a website still sends technical information to its hosting provider. Vercel hosts this site and receives request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. Hosting and security systems may process or retain logs to deliver pages, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

The Journal preview

The preview is a static illustration with fictional information. It has no editable fields and cannot save entries, attach files, submit information, or create a Communication Record.

Contacting us

If you email hutchsolves@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please do not send call evidence, sensitive personal information, or information about other people to this address. It is a support and privacy contact, not a place to submit a Journal entry or request legal representation.

Private review deployments

A private Vercel preview may require Vercel sign-in. Vercel manages that authentication and its associated cookies. Those review controls are separate from the public website's own code.

How Information Is Used

We use contact messages to respond to support and privacy requests and to handle related follow-up. We do not sell contact emails or add senders to marketing lists. Technical request information is used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website.

The current site does not run personalized advertising or track visitors across other websites through advertising scripts.

Service Providers and Disclosures

We use Vercel for website hosting and Google Gmail for contact email. These providers process information needed to provide their services. Cloudflare is used for domain registration and DNS; that role should not be confused with storing Journal entries.

Provider practices are described in the Vercel Privacy Notice , Google Privacy Policy , and Cloudflare Privacy Policy . Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or safety, or respond to a security incident. We do not promise that communications or hosting systems are immune from unauthorized access.

Data Retention

We delete resolved support and privacy correspondence from our mailbox within 12 months after resolution, unless a legal or security need requires longer retention. Provider deletion, backup, and recovery processes may affect when all copies are removed from their systems.

Hosting and security records are retained according to the provider's applicable service settings and policies. We do not promise a specific deletion period for all provider logs. There are no Journal entries to retain in this preview.

Your Choices and Requests

You can read the informational pages without creating an account or sending an email. You choose whether to contact us and what to include.

Email us to ask about information you sent, request a correction, or request deletion. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need enough information to verify that a request concerns you. Please do not send identification documents unless we explain why they are needed and how to provide them.

We may need to retain information to meet a legal obligation or address an unresolved security issue. Rights and available remedies depend on the law that applies to your situation.

Children

This informational website is intended for a general adult audience, not children under 13. We do not invite children to send personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our contact address, let us know so we can review and address it.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this policy when practices change and identify the date of the new version. New collection or storage features will be described before they are made available.
